To strengthen team cohesion and inspire employee vitality, our company organized a three-day team-building trip to Huangshan, Anhui, from April 25th to 27th. During this journey, the team not only admired the poetic scenery of Hongcun village, the majestic pines and sea of clouds on Huangshan Mountain, and the cultural heritage of Huizhou Ancient City but also demonstrated a spirited and collaborative atmosphere. The trip was further warmed by a heartfelt group birthday celebration for a colleague.
On the first day, the team explored Hongcun village, often referred to as village in a Chinese painting. The white-walled, black-tiled Hui-style architecture and tranquil streams immersed everyone in the serene charm of ancient Chinese aesthetics.
On the second day, the team set out at dawn toward Huangshan Mountain. Along the way, towering peaks and rolling clouds created a breathtaking backdrop. Encouraging one another, they hiked together and, after several hours, successfully reached the summit of Bright Top (Guangming Ding). Standing atop this legendary mountain, often praised as "After visiting the Five Great Mountains, no other mountains seem worth seeing; after returning from Huangshan, even the Five Great Mountains pale in comparison," the team embodied the spirit of unity and perseverance.
In Huizhou Ancient City, employees visited historical landmarks such as the government office and memorial archways, deepening their understanding of Huizhou merchant culture and heritage. This experience reinforced the team’s commitment to "integrating knowledge with action."
This trip was more than just an encounter with nature and culture—it was a testament to the power of teamwork. Employees expressed renewed enthusiasm for contributing to the company’s growth. Moving forward, the company will continue to uphold the spirit of "United We Climb," striving together toward even greater achievements.
